01 — FREE ESTIMATE & DESIGN

We will provide a holiday lighting design customized to your property. Holiday lighting programs start at $500 for the first year and typically range from 50-60% for the second and third year. The average property invests $1,500-$3,000 the first year which includes the cost of the lights and labor.

02 — INSTALLATION DAY

Our staff will schedule a day with you to install the lights. You do not need to be present, but we will ask how you would like the timers scheduled. Our lights include a three year warranty. If anything were to go wrong throughout the first three years, we will fix or replace lights at no additional charge.

03 — LIGHTING TAKE DOWN

After the holidays, you may simply unplug your holiday lights and our staff take them down once the weather warms up. We will notify you when we plan to take the lights down.

04 — OFF SEASON STORAGE

Your lights will be stored at our facility until the following year until we’re ready to install them again.
